    WE NEED TO HIRE A REVENUE LEADER AND -TEAM FIRST

    Start- and Scale ups are all about speed and building traction fast. Yes, in an ideal world you have the crew on deck first before you start to sail, but in reality all (!) portfolio companies set sail with one person, which is most often a founder or a revenue leader who did sales so far. “It is never too early to build traction!” 

    Having said that, the program was built with the reality in mind:
    1. Diagnose phase:
    Here we discover your status quo and plan and prioritize the transformation to your specific business and growth stage.

    2. Design phase:
    The design phase is end2end, asynchronous and fully self-service. Therefore, you can delegate all transformations to all available talent, also in “non-revenue departments” and bring all new talent up to speed in no time, once we successfully hired them.

    3. Do phase:
    The transformation is guided and driven by the revenue architects of TTT. Also, the Q&A session per transformation ensure that we use the available talent as good as possible to build what needs to be built. This will also speed up hiring, interviewing, onboarding and development of future potential so that we continuously increase the bandwidth of transformations you can tackle in the first place.

    4. Deep dive phase:
    Here, we will continuously iterate the blueprint and onboard new talent along the way.

    1. Impact first: Is deeply rooted in our manifest:
    + It is for sure going to be a big investment. Pls see the ROI, payback period and net present value for the expected return.
    + 3 quality gates are established for strongest invest/ risk control: So far, not one quality gate has been blown by a portfolio company.
    + NPS across all portfolio companies is 8.3
    + Track record: 12 engines built, first engine (forto) is now mid-single digit unicorn, € 450m+ rev pipeline built, 100+ sales careers shaped

    2. Lets trade value for value, there are no discounts:
    The following options have been developed together with portfolio companies to exchange value for more value:

    2.1 Smart money and biz angel option: If cash is short, then also split of cash and shares can be done.
    2.2 Trading welcome: TTT accepts new portfolio companies by invites and introductions only. Positive introductions to ideal portfolio companies will be reimbursed substantially.
    2.3 You got an even better idea: Pls reach out if you have an even better idea how we can even better trade value.

    WE DON’T HAVE THE TIME TO DO THE TRANSFORMATION

    To begin with, we need to ensure we focus our time on what works and hence cut “busyness”. If your calendar is too cramped today so that you can’t work on the tomorrow, then this is the first urgent and important transformation we need to tackle. Every day, you should invest at least 20% to work ON the business and not IN the business. Furthermore, on avg across all industries and companies we need “only” 170h for the full transformation. It is going to be intense!

    1. CEO/CRO: at least 1h per calendar week for taskforce checkin
    2. Owner of individual transformations: You will need between 3-5h on avg per transformation.  
    3. Team: Deliverables will be delegated into team ASAP to drive revenue learning curve

    OUR INDUSTRY/ PRODUCT IS TOO SPECIAL

    We hear this from every (!) interested prospect. Among all revenue engines built, we realized that:
    + 70-80% of every revenue engine can easily and should in fact be standardized “out of the box”. This allows you to save months of trial & error time since you can replicate what works in no time, onboard new recruits faster and generate new traction.
